Inside / I'm sitting down / watching. I contemplate it. Would it be a  she or a he, that wonderful bird? - And I wonder. I watch as it embeds its beak in the flower. I feel its joy / tasting the liquid that feeds it. From inside /  I take a coffee sip. I have been here for days / circling. Like a bird in its cage / around and around. I never had birds for that reason / It seemed to me to go against their essence / Not the destiny they were created for!  Now I'm here /  in a cage /  not allowed to leave!
